Product

The Products offered by Les Petits Basics are those shown on the website on the day of its consultation by the User and within the limits of available stocks.

We do our best to show the product to our customers through our various imagery.

If a product is made unavailable the user will be notified.

Les Petits Basics works as a “made to order” business, so we ask our customers to understand our 48 hours production time before the product will be shipped to its customer.

 

Delivery

The orders are dispatched, depending on the choice of the Buyer, by the French postal service .

The Buyer will be able to track his order on the Internet. Les Petits Basics is committed to do its very best so that the order is carried out within a maximum of 30 days starting on the date of confirmation of the order.

The shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of the parcel, according to the rates of the postal services in effect. For any delivery outside of metropolitan France, no matter the amount of the order, you have to pay the shipping costs that apply to your order.

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order as we make your Les Petits Basics product just for you.

Les Petits Basics can't be hold liable for a parcel that has been lost outside France although our teams will always do the best to locate your parcel.

Return & Echange

We accept returns of items in perfect condition within 14 days of the initial order date. We cannot accept returned items that are not in their original condition.

If you choose to make a return, please email contact@lespetitsbasics.com to request a return authorisation form.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We also recommend you send a trackable package — we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
 
We do not process exchanges. To return an item and receive another, please return the original under our standard returns policy and complete a new order through our website.
