How do I find my size?

Le basic offers many sizes, we advise to order a size smaller than your usual size as our products have a relaxed fit. So for women just size down and men take your usual size and it should fit like a glove.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes they are. We pride ourselves to use great materials that do not harm our planet. We work closely with our print factory in France to ensure that everything is done according to our standards, the core of our products and textiles come from Bangladesh where they are proudly made using organic cotton only and recycled polyester.

Our tees are 100% organic cotton and certified by the Fair Wear Foundation and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

How much stock do you have?

We work through a drop shipping system, which means that we do not hold any stock. Which also means that your beloved item will be crafted just for you! How nice is that?

We believe that stock is not a good option so that is why we know that our lovely customers will understand that our crafted products made in France can also take a little longer to arrive.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

You can find out the exact shipping cost by updating your shipping address during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Le basic is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Le basic has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives. 

Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courrier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

We do not send out orders on Sundays and Mondays as well as French bank holidays.

Le basic operates with the French postal service La Poste for orders based in France and through Colissimo for Europe and international orders.

Le basic is not liable for lost and damage packages, however if your Le basic product is damages please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return something?

We accept returns of items in perfect condition within 14 days of the initial order date. We cannot accept returned items that are not in their original condition.

If you choose to make a return, please email contact@le-basic.com to request a return authorisation form.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We also recommend you send a trackable package — we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Can I exchange something?

We are sorry but we do not process exchanges. To return an item and receive another, please return the original under our standard returns policy and complete a new order through our website.
